Wat is het?
The Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programme is a 1-year programme starting in August 2024, which gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career at the world’s leading brewer in the vibrant city of Prague. In 12 months, you will become a team leader and work on transformational projects to shape our planet, our communities, and our people. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.
Wat ga je doen?
Ons Fast Track Leadership Programme is de eerste stap naar een geweldige carrière bij AB InBev.
Wij geloven dat de beste manier om je echt te ontwikkelen is door te doen. 70% van je opleiding door on-the-job learning. Je doorloopt twee rotaties van 6 maanden op een van de volgende afdelingen: Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import en Export Operations, Finance of People Business Services. Deze projecten hebben allemaal een enorme impact op het verbeteren van de processen bij AB InBev en het identificeren van efficiëntie in onze activiteiten.
Als aanvulling op je praktische verantwoordelijkheden in 2 rotaties, krijg je een ongelooflijke kans om te werken aan een strategisch Project, waarbij je in contact komt met Senior Praag Leadership en de kans krijgt om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen door samen met ervaren collega's te werken.
20% van je leerproces bestaat uit mentorprogramma's, coaching, samenwerking met belangrijke belanghebbenden & en veel mogelijkheden voor feedback.
Je krijgt ook verschillende internationale trainingen,, waar je samenkomt met de andere traineeprogramma's om kennis te maken met de bredere business, samen te werken aan echte werkuitdagingen en te leren van onze meest senior leiders terwijl je je verdiept in onze strategie en operaties en onze levendige cultuur beleeft.
Formele trainingen, waaronder workshops en online trainingen, vormen de laatste 10% van je leerproces. YJe krijgt een aantal trainingen die je helpen om belangrijke harde en zachte competenties te ontwikkelen die je helpen om de toekomstige People Leaders van ons bedrijf te worden.
Post Programme
Upon successfully completing the traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership position and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.
For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.

You have the ability to find simple and scalable solutions to the problems and go over and beyond to get the best outcome.
- To be eligible, you must have graduated (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
- Your passion and leadership skills are more important than the subject you studied.
- Fluent English is needed. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered an advantage!
- You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic.
