Qu'est-ce que c'est?
Le programme Fast Track Leadership (FTL) est un programme d'un an débutant en août 2024, qui te donne l'opportunité d'accélérer ta carrière chez le premier brasseur mondial, dans la ville dynamique de Prague. En 12 mois, tu deviendras chef d'équipe et tu travailleras sur des projets de transformation pour façonner notre planète, nos communautés et nos collaborateurs. Le programme se concentre sur une approche d'apprentissage et de développement 70-20-10 pour maximiser l'apprentissage et te donner les meilleures chances d'évoluer au sein d'une entreprise passionnante et en constante évolution.
Que feras-tu?
Notre programme de leadership accéléré est la première étape d'une carrière extraordinaire chez AB InBev.
Nous croyons que la meilleure façon de se perfectionner est de le faire. 70 % de ton apprentissage se fera sur le terrain. Tu effectueras deux rotations de 6 mois dans l'un des départements suivants : Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import and Export Operations, Finance ou People Business Services. Ces projets ont tous un énorme impact sur l'amélioration des processus chez AB InBev et En plus de tes responsabilités pratiques au cours de tes deux rotations, tu auras l'occasion incroyable de travailler sur un projet stratégique, d'être exposé à la direction de Prague et de développer tes compétences en travaillant avec des collègues brillants et expérimentés.
20 % de ton apprentissage proviendra des programmes de mentorat, du coaching, de la collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes et des nombreuses possibilités de retour d'information.
Tu recevras également plusieurs formations internationales, où tu te joindras à d'autres programmes de stagiaires pour découvrir l'ensemble de l'entreprise, collaborer à de véritables défis professionnels et apprendre de nos dirigeants les plus chevronnés, en te plongeant dans notre stratégie et nos opérations, tout en vivant notre culture vibrante.
Les formations formelles, y compris les ateliers et les cours de formation en ligne, représentent les derniers 10 % de ton apprentissage. Tu auras une série de formations qui t'aideront à développer des compétences essentielles, tant sur le plan physique que psychologique, pour t'aider à devenir les futurs dirigeants de notre entreprise.
Post Programme
Upon successfully completing the traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership position and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.
For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.

- To be eligible, you must have graduated (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
- Your passion and leadership skills are more important than the subject you studied.
- Fluent English is needed. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered an advantage!
- You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic.
