What does our Fast Track Leadership Programme mean?

The Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programme is a 1-year programme starting in August 2026, which gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career at the world’s leading brewer in the vibrant city of Prague and experience the operational core of our business.

Hear from Those Who’ve Been There

Check out the experiences of our trainees below. Don’t just take our word for it - hear directly from one of our former trainees by clicking on their card.

How will the 70/20/10 methodology work for you?

We believe that the best way to really develop is by doing.

70%

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. You will undergo two 6-month rotations in one of the support functions and operations in Prague: Logistics, Customer & Consumer Experience, IT, Finance or People (HR). These rotations are highly hands-on: you will be coordinating with warehouses and carriers to ensure products are available and shipped on time, picking up the phone to solve issues directly with customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. It’s where you will learn how the business really works, build problem-solving resilience, and make a tangible impact from day one.

Alongside your two rotations, you will also work on a Transformational Project. This will give you exposure to Senior Leadership and the opportunity to build on your operational experience to drive improvements that make a lasting impact.

20%

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programmes, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.

You will also receive several International trainings, where you will come together with the other trainee programs to get exposure to the broader business, collaborate on critical work challenges & learn from our most senior leaders as you dive into our strategy & operations, whilst living our vibrant culture.

10%

Formal trainings, including workshops & online training courses is the final 10% of your learning. You will have a series of trainings, helping you to develop key hard and soft critical competencies to support your journey to becoming the future people leaders of our company. In addition, you will have the opportunity during the FTL programme to get an accreditation in the Brewing/Distilling process to really showcase & leverage your knowledge.
