What is it?

The Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programme is a 1-year programme starting in August 2024, which gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career at the world’s leading brewer in the vibrant city of Prague. In 12 months, you will become a team leader and work on transformational projects to shape our planet, our communities, and our people. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.

What will you be doing?

Our Fast Track Leadership Programme is the first step to an amazing career at AB InBev.

We believe that the best way to really develop is by doing. 70% of your learning will come from on the job learning. You will undergo two rotations of 6 months in one of the following departments: Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import and Export Operations, Finance or People Business Services. These projects are all hugely impactful on improving processes at AB InBev and identifying efficiencies in our operations. Complementing your hands on responsibilities across 2 rotations, you will get an incredible opportunity to work on a strategic Project, providing exposure to senior Prague leadership & an opportunity to develop your skills working with bright and experienced colleagues.

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programmes, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback. You will also receive several International trainings, where you will come together with the other trainee programs to get exposure to the broader business, collaborate on real work challenges & learn from our most senior leaders as you dive in to our strategy & operations, whilst living our vibrant culture.

Formal trainings, including workshops & online training courses is the final 10% of your learning. You will have a series of trainings, helping you to develop key hard and soft critical competencies to support your journey to becoming the future people leaders of our company.

Post Programme

Upon successfully completing the traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership position and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.
For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.

• To be eligible, you must have graduated (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Your passion and leadership skills are more important than the subject you studied.
• Fluent English is needed. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered an advantage!
• You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic.
