We are the AB InBev Europe IT and Solutions team, we are responsible for creating and developing transformational projects that will shape the company for years to come. Whether it’s helping save the environment 350,000 pieces of paper at a time, or giving our colleagues more time to tackle interesting projects by automating transactional work, the work we do every day is incredibly inspirational.
To get the most out of our people, we like to be as creative in our methods as we are in our solutions – even creating our own in-house version of Dragon’s Den. Positions are divided into Tech and IT roles or Business Services. From day one, you’ll work on exciting, transformational projects, in an environment where you can grow at your own pace and develop your talent into important leadership roles. We have positions available at all levels and we offer training that can take you in any direction you choose.
We offer entry level positions for graduates through our Trainee Programmes. We also give you the chance to broaden your skills with leadership academies, functional training, conferences and mentoring programmes.
The types of career opportunities available in the IT & Solutions team include:
Innovation Manager: You will be responsible for transforming and updating our IT services and infrastructure.
Analytics Manager: You’ll analyse data to help drive strategic decision-making within the organisation.
Integration and Transformation Manager: You will be responsible for the integration of innovative technologies such as machine learning and blockchain to increase efficiency.
Robotics Development Project Manager: You will manage, research and implement robotic solutions across the company.
Special Projects Manager: You will manage a range of projects that have the potential to transform the business.
HR Services: You will prepare reports and analyse data on our people to help the business make the best decisions possible.
