The Commercial Management Traineeship is a hands-on programme, where you will be selling our amazing beer brands, gaining strong management skills & learn about business strategy as we prepare you to become our future Sales & Commercial leaders.
The CMT is an 18-month programme starting in August 2026, giving you the confidence, training, and communication skills necessary to sell anything from new products to great ideas. It is an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership, and deliver results. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TRAINEESHIP
The 6-month Supply Chain Management Traineeship (SMT) starting in August 2026 is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills, and give you a 360° view on our Supply Chain. This programme is rooted in our culture and company strategy, providing experiences in life on the front-line of a brewery, working with our operators to make the beers we're famous for.
