The Control team ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. We oversee accounting processes, monitor compliance with internal and external standards, and support reliable reporting helping to safeguard our financial performance and reputation. Our Control Team is relentlessly simplifying to be able to improve our business performance.

The Tax team ensures compliance across all markets while driving smart, sustainable tax strategies. We support business decisions, manage risks, and leverage technology to simplify and automate tax processes. As true business partners, we help fuel AB InBev’s global growth.

The Sales Finance team bridges commercial strategy and financial performance by minimizing risk and sustaining healthy cash flow. We deliver data-driven insights, collaborate closely with our customers, and partner with Sales to drive profitable growth. Our role is to enable risk-aware, strategic decisions that convert sales volumes into strong, enduring cash generation. And beyond our own balance sheet, we own the Customer’s use of our credit and assets.

At AB InBev, the Mergers & Acquisitions team identifies and executes strategic inorganic growth opportunities. We deliver end-to-end support across acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures that accelerate market expansion and create long-term value. Our approach integrates financial expertise with deep strategic insight, industry knowledge, and strong execution capabilities - from exploration to deal structuring to negotiation/signing and implementation. We support our European Zone’s Strategic Partnership agenda with select route-to-market partners.

The Investor Relations team has a strategic responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance. We enable effective two-way communication between the company and key stakeholders in the financial community – including investors and analysts, with the goal of supporting a fair valuation of AB InBev’s share price.

At AB InBev, the Treasury team ensures financial resources are available where and when they are needed. We manage global cash flows, optimize capital structure, and mitigate financial risks to keep the business agile and resilient. Our work enables strategic investments and supports sustainable growth worldwide.

The mission of Global Risk Management is to safeguard AB InBev’s value through independent oversight and insights. We bring objective and risk-based evaluation of risks, controls and governance. We work closely with the other teams to turn our findings into actionable improvements and enable a stronger future.
