We are organized across Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Control, Tax, Sales Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Sustainability Reporting, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Our finance dream is to deliver profitable, accurate, and engaging growth. We are the business partners to our Commercial, Supply, and Supporting Functions. We deliver simple, scalable solutions. HOW DO THE 10 PRINCIPLES DRIVE OUR ACHIEVEMENTS?

Prioritize Simple &
Scalable Solutions

Our Sales Finance team is the critical link between the Commercial team on the full Customer Balance Sheet. This means working with our customers and internal tools to balance growth with credit risk. We’ve seen a dramatic improvement in customer payment speed by applying ‘Touchless” invoice to cash. By fixing existing processes with sustainable improvements, we’ve seen the number of exceptions that require manual intervention decline by 75% which gives us more time to focus on the few non-standard cases. As a simple, scalable solution, we’ve rolled out this solution to all European markets all while strengthening commercial relationships.

Think Long Term

At AB InBev we believe in thinking Long Term. If you don’t shape the future, someone else will. For that reason, we craft initiatives to deliver a better future to diverge from the present-forward. It all starts with our Long-Term Strategic Planning cycle where Finance drives the 10-year plan. We take better decisions when we think long-term.

Manage Costs Tightly

We are proud of our cost management and embed it within our 10 Principles as a testament to the never-ending journey of managing costs tightly. Recently, our Zero-Based-Budgeting approach has been taken to the next generation with both our budget and actuals being allocated at initiative level. We are now able to distinguish between Quantity variances and Price variances to help steer our business even better. Accuracy is at the heart of all we do – especially when enhanced by efficient tools.

The Finance team is the hub in a hub-and-spoke organization. With such a wide range of responsibilities, there is surely a role that fits your profile.

The FP&A team plays a strategic role by analyzing financial data, forecasting performance, and guiding decision-making. We help shape budgets, track results, and provide insights that support growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation across the business. We are the business partner to our Commercial, Supply, and Supporting Function leadership helping to healthily grow our business. We maximize our Cash Flow in a sustainable way.

The Sales Finance team bridges commercial strategy and financial performance by minimizing risk and sustaining healthy cash flow. We deliver data-driven insights, collaborate closely with our customers, and partner with Sales to drive profitable growth. Our role is to enable risk-aware, strategic decisions that convert sales volumes into strong, enduring cash generation. And beyond our own balance sheet, we own the Customer’s use of our credit and assets.

At AB InBev, the Mergers & Acquisitions team identifies and executes strategic inorganic growth opportunities. We deliver end-to-end support across acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures that accelerate market expansion and create long-term value. Our approach integrates financial expertise with deep strategic insight, industry knowledge, and strong execution capabilities - from exploration to deal structuring to negotiation/signing and implementation. We support our European Zone’s Strategic Partnership agenda with select route-to-market partners.

Join AB InBev for a 3+ month internship in Leuven and gain hands-on experience in key finance areas such as FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury. This program include a sprint project, weekly masterclasses with experts from our teams, team buildings and trainings. The program is open to students enrolled at Belgian University in 3rd year bachelor or 1st year master.
