Che cos'è?
Il Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programme è un programma di un anno che inizierà ad agosto 2024 e ti darà l'opportunità di accelerare la tua carriera presso il leader mondiale della birra nella vivace città di Praga. In 12 mesi, diventerai un team leader e lavorerai a progetti di trasformazione per dare forma al nostro pianeta, alle nostre community e alle nostre persone. Il programma si concentra su un approccio di apprendimento e sviluppo 70-20-10 per massimizzare l'apprendimento e darti la migliore opportunità di crescita all'interno di un'azienda entusiasmante e dal ritmo serrato.
Cosa farai?
Il nostro Fast Track Leadership Programme è il primo passo verso una straordinaria carriera in AB InBev.
Crediamo che il modo migliore per crescere davvero sia darsi da fare. Il 70% del tuo apprendimento deriverà dall'apprendimento sul lavoro. Verrai sottoposto a due rotazioni di 6 mesi in uno dei seguenti dipartimenti: Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import and Export Operations, Finance o People Business Services. Questi progetti hanno tutti un grande impatto sul miglioramento dei processi di AB InBev e sull'individuazione di efficienze nelle nostre operazioni.
A complemento delle responsabilità pratiche che ti verranno affidate nel corso delle due rotazioni, avrai l'incredibile opportunità di lavorare a un progetto strategico, che ti permetterà di confrontarti con la senior leadership di Praga e di sviluppare le tue capacità lavorando con colleghi brillanti ed esperti.
Il 20% del tuo apprendimento deriverà da programmi di mentorship, coaching, collaborazione con i principali stakeholder & e numerose opportunità di feedback.
Riceverai anche diversi corsi di formazione internazionali,, in cui ti unirai agli altri trainees per avere un'esposizione all'azienda più ampia, collaborare a sfide lavorative reali e imparare dai nostri leader più anziani, immergendoti nella nostra strategia e nelle nostre operazioni e vivendo la nostra vivace cultura.
La formazione formale, che comprende workshop e corsi di formazione online, rappresenta il 10% finale del tuo percorso di apprendimento. Ti verrà offerta una serie di corsi di formazione che ti aiuteranno a sviluppare le principali competenze critiche, sia hard che soft, per sostenere il tuo viaggio verso la trasformazione in futuri leader della nostra azienda.
Post Programme
Upon successfully completing the traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership position and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.
For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.

We are looking for candidates that are leaders – you take ownership of your actions, continuously collaborate, think long term and drive results. You have excellent communication skills and are good at building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues alike. You are resilient and willing to step outside of your comfort zone to learn. You are interested in a multi-functional career and have the ambition to develop new skillsets and capabilities throughout your career. You have the ability to find simple and scalable solutions to the problems and go over and beyond to get the best outcome.
- To be eligible, you must have graduated (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
- Your passion and leadership skills are more important than the subject you studied.
- Fluent English is needed. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered an advantage!
- You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic.
