Was ist das?
Das Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programm ist ein einjähriges Programm, das im August 2024 beginnt und dir die Möglichkeit gibt, deine Karriere bei der weltweit führenden Brauerei in der pulsierenden Stadt Prag zu beschleunigen. In 12 Monaten wirst du zum Teamleiter und arbeitest an transformativen Projekten, um unseren Planeten, unsere Communitys und unsere Mitarbeiter zu gestalten. Das Programm konzentriert sich auf einen 70-20-10 Lern- und Entwicklungsansatz, um das Lernen zu maximieren und dir die besten Chancen zu geben, in einem spannenden, schnelllebigen Unternehmen zu wachsen.
Was wirst du tun?
Unser Fast Track Leadership Programme ist der erste Schritt zu einer tollen Karriere bei AB InBev.
Wir glauben, dass man sich am besten entwickelt, indem man etwas tut. 70 % deines Lernstoffs wirst du in der Praxis lernen. Du wirst zwei Rotationen von jeweils 6 Monaten in einer der folgenden Abteilungen absolvieren: Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import and Export Operations, Finance oder People Business Services. Diese Projekte haben alle einen großen Einfluss auf die Verbesserung der Prozesse bei AB InBev und die Identifizierung von Effizienzsteigerungen in unseren Abläufen.
Zusätzlich zu den praktischen Aufgaben, die du im Rahmen von 2 Rotationen wahrnimmst, erhältst du die unglaubliche Gelegenheit, an einem strategischen Projekt zu arbeiten und mit erfahrenen und klugen Mitarbeitenden in Prag zusammenzuarbeiten.
20 % deines Lernens werden durch Mentorenprogramme, Coaching, Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Interessenvertretern und viele Gelegenheiten für Feedback erreicht.
Du wirst auch an mehreren internationalen Trainings teilnehmen, bei denen du mit den anderen Trainees zusammenkommst, um das gesamte Unternehmen kennenzulernen, an realen Herausforderungen zu arbeiten und von unseren Führungskräften zu lernen, während du dich mit unserer Strategie und unseren Abläufen auseinandersetzt und gleichzeitig unsere lebendige Kultur erlebst.
Formelle Schulungen, einschließlich Workshops und Online-Schulungen, sind die letzten 10% deiner Ausbildung. Du wirst eine Reihe von Trainings absolvieren, die dir helfen, wichtige harte und weiche Kompetenzen zu entwickeln, die dich auf deinem Weg zu den zukünftigen Führungskräften unseres Unternehmens unterstützen.

Upon successfully completing the traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership position and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.
For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.

- To be eligible, you must have graduated (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
- Your passion and leadership skills are more important than the subject you studied.
- Fluent English is needed. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered an advantage!
- You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic.
