FEATURED JOBS
WHO ARE WE?
We are AB InBev Europe's Supply team!
We are divided into four key areas: Brewing, Packaging, Technical Services and Logistics.
While each of these areas has its own skills and roles, we all work together to deliver the best products and results. By understanding each other’s jobs, we’re able to develop new skills and even take on different roles. We provide plenty of training on Brewing, Tasting, Fermentation and Management through our Logistics, Brewmaster, Operations and Leadership academies – so you can create your own path to success.
We produce beer in 29 breweries and we deliver them to clients via our 33 worldwide distribution centres. It’s a challenging yet inspiring achievement that gives us a huge sense of satisfaction.

Process Engineer: you will be responsible for understanding the nuts and bolts of your business area and you’ll use analytics to build structured plans to optimise your department’s performance. Perfect for those who are technically minded.
Department Manager: you will oversee and achieve strategic departmental targets and project completion by establishing ways of working with your team, peers and stakeholders, analysing gaps and looking to see how things could be done in a better, more efficient and safer way.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Fighting waste with beer by-products: Using innovative technology, we developed a unique fermentation process that converts spent grains into nutritious food products, which helps tackle waste.
A greener way to put bubbles into beer: We created a new, innovative way of putting gas bubbles into beer without resorting to boiling. This technique means we can reduce CO2 emissions by 5%, making production more environmentally friendly.
Committing to circular packaging: We are committed to making 100% of our packaging returnable or majority-recycled, and our global brands are also championing sustainability causes.
