Who is it for?

You’re enrolled at a university or recently completed your degree (This may vary depending on the country);
You already have legal authorization to live and work in the country where the internship or job is located;
You're comfortable relocating if needed and happy to come to the office regularly to collaborate with your team;
You speak English at an advanced level. Local language required.

Our Internship and the 70/20/10 Methodology for Effective Learning and Development
70%
• 70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills, learning through experiencing different areas, and building your own reputation.
20%
• 20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.
10%
• 10% of your learning will come from formal trainings, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.
Internship Requirements by Country
Make sure you meet the criteria before submitting your application!
- The candidate must be currently enrolled in a university or any type of educational institution.
- Fluent English is required. Dutch or French is an advantage, depending on the role.
- The internship agreement must be signed by three parties: the student, the school/university, and AB InBev. The school’s contract template must be used; AB InBev does not provide one.
- Internships are unpaid, as paying for internships is not legally allowed in Belgium.
- Internship opportunities may be available in finance, solutions, people, legal and corporate affairs, sales, and marketing.
Full-time opportunities for undergrads with big dreams. They’re a great way for you to get to know our business – and make an impression. They last from three-to-six months and from day one, you’ll contribute to a live project as part of a team in one of our business areas. You’ll have access to training resources, senior managers, and company events. Show us you’re curious and proactive, and it could be the start of a promising career with us. To qualify, you’ll need to be an undergraduate in any discipline.
- The internship duration is 6 months.
- Candidates must be current master's students.
- Non-EU nationals are accepted if they hold a document that allows them to work in France.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
- Depending on the role, candidates need to be current master’s students.
- Non-EU nationals are also accepted if they have a document that allows them to work in Italy.
The - The Italian language is required.
- The student is available for an internship that lasts 4 to 6 months.
- Preference for a student who participates at least 4 days a week.
- The ability to speak English and Dutch fluently.
- Communicative skills.
- Have an affinity with the work of the internship.
- Self-reliance and problem-solving skills.
- Most internships require an analytical mindset.
- Familiar with well-known office tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Recent graduates are possible (then this would be a voluntary internship, outside of school).

Keep an eye on your inbox for an invitation to complete a short video assessment that will help us better understand you and assess how well you'll fit within our teams and company. You can also expect questions about your availability for an internship and your role preferences.
03 Line Manager Review
If your assessment goes well, we'll share your profile with the relevant hiring team for further consideration. We'll aim to provide you with the feedback within 10 working days.
04 Online Interview
If we see a strong match, we'll schedule a brief 30-minute online interview with the hiring team. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, after which we can typically make the hiring decision.
05 Offer
If we're the right fit for each other, we'll extend an offer, marking the beginning of your exciting journey with us. We're looking forward to connecting with you.

What is the work environment like at AB InBev?

When can I apply for the internship?
Applications are typically open year-round, but some internships in specific countries may have fixed durations (start and end dates) and can close early once filled. Applying early increases your chances, as some internships fill up quickly.
How does the transportation system in Prague work and is the office located in a convenient area?
In general, the city has a very well-developed transportation system, which will usually allow you to move from point A to point B in less than 30 minutes. Our office is in the "Brumlovka" business center near the Budejovicka metro station in Prague 4, located just a few minutes away from the city center by public transport, making it an easily accessible location.
Is the internship unpaid?
Yes, our internships in Prague are fully unpaid. However, we offer other benefits, such as:
• Experience within an international company;
• Great company culture and welcoming internship community;
• 1-month trial period of Multisport card;
• Free trainings from AB InBev;
• Box of beer every month
Moreover, if you are a university student from another EU country, you might be eligible for an Erasmus traineeship grant. Many of our interns have decided to use this opportunity. Is the internship taking place fully on-site?
Indeed, our interns as well as full-time employees are required to physically come to the office to ensure proper onboarding as well as collaboration with the team and other stakeholders. Nevertheless, we can accommodate your need to work from home in exceptional cases.
How will I be notified about the results of my application once I have completed the interview stage?
In case of a positive outcome, the hiring manager as well as our Prague internship team will extend the offer to you by phone or via e-mail, and we will inform you about the next steps to be followed. If your application has not been successful, our recruitment team will share the results with you via email.
Will I receive a certificate of completion after my internship?
Certainly! Upon the successful completion of your internship, your line manager will provide you with a proper certificate summarizing your main tasks, contributions, and performance feedback.
