Germany has a deep-rooted connection with beer - one built on exceptional quality, centuries of brewing tradition, and the legendary German Purity Law. As one of our most important markets, Germany is home to more than 2,000 passionate employees driving innovation and excellence in brewing.

We take pride in crafting both global icons and regional favorites. Our breweries produce Beck’s, Spaten, Haake-Beck, Löwenbräu, and Franziskaner Weissbier, alongside international bestsellers like Corona and Leffe. These brands reflect our dedication to quality, consumer trends, and the market's unique needs.

Bremen serves as the hub of our brewing operations, housing Germany’s largest brewery and the world-famous Beck’s brand, which is now enjoyed in over 100 countries. Beyond Bremen, our breweries in Wernigerode, Issum, and Munich continue to refine and innovate some of the world’s most beloved beers.

We’ve also established commercial offices in Munich and Düsseldorf to strengthen our presence and stay closer to our customers. Across all our locations, we cultivate a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture where ambitious minds thrive and bold ideas take shape.

We'd love to have you on board if you’re curious, bold, and eager to grow. Check out our current job openings and be part of a company that’s shaping the future of beer!

Additionally, our selection includes beloved regional favorites like Spaten, Haake-Beck, Hasseröder, Löwenbräu, Franziskaner, and Diebels, ensuring a diverse and exceptional range. Whether it's crisp lagers, refreshing Pils, flavorful Weißbier, distinctive beer specialties, or innovative beer mixes, our portfolio covers a full spectrum of tastes, guaranteeing an unforgettable beer experience.

Beer

is Timeless

Brewing is an Art in Itself - it requires carefully selected raw materials, expertise, and creativity to produce our wide variety of beers, each with its own unique and complex characteristics. This is where our brewers shine: our beers are, of course, brewed with great passion and in full accordance with the German Purity Law. Our brewers uphold and cherish traditional recipes while always remaining open to innovation.

Beer has been around for over 6,000 years and is the world's most popular beverage after water and tea. The vast majority of beer is brewed in China (25%), followed by the USA (11%) and Brazil (7%). Germany produces 95 million hectoliters annually, placing it fifth in the global rankings. The brewing process is complex. Every step in production requires not only precision but also strict hygiene and cleanliness. The quality of the final product also depends on the ingredients used: water, malt, hops, and yeast.

But how exactly is

beer made?

MALT

To make beer, the grain is first soaked and germinated. During germination, various biochemical processes occur in the grain, the Grain starch is contained, and the grain is transferred to the prepared brewing process.

Depending on the Abdarr temperatures, light malts are produced (for light beers) or dark malts (for dark beers).
