What is the Young Talent Programme?
This 3,5 year dual study programme in Germany blends university education with practical experience at AB InBev, offering a unique combination of theory and real-world application. You’ll alternate between studying at Hochschule Bremen and working on exciting projects, building skills that set you up for career success. It’s the perfect pathway to gain hands-on expertise while earning your Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
What can you expect from the practical rotations?
In our dual study programme, you have a say in which departments you would like to explore. Every rotation will last 1-2 months, and you will have the chance to learn more about Sales, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and many other departments.

With us, you can tailor your dual study programme to fit your personal goals and don't have to miss out on international experiences. Voluntarily, we offer you the opportunity to do an internship at one of our offices abroad!
Double degree opportunity
After just two years of study, you can take the final exam to become an industrial clerk. Everything you need to know is taught at university. Plus, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience by working on a business project with us, which you can use for your exam.
